This page outlines the scope of work for our All-In and Edit-Only Plans. This page is not an agreement. A formal agreement will be signed by both parties before any work begins. Book a call to learn more.
All-In Plans
All-In plans are based on the number of filming sessions you get per year. Film any kind or amount of videos during a filming session, and the editing for any content we film is included. All-In plans also include ongoing video ideation, strategy, and video repurposing.
- Filming Session - A Filming Session is five hours long, starting upon arrival at the first location. Two filming sessions can be combined for a longer session of ten hours, starting upon arrival at the first location. If a filming session exceeds five hours (due to a client request), the use of a second or extra filming session may be required.
- Unlimited Videos + Editing - Unlimited editing is limited to content we film for you during your filming sessions. Unlimited videos and editing also includes unlimited repurposing of video content we've filmed, even after the initial use case—just request it.
- Client-Provided Video Assets - You may send us video assets (screen recordings, existing videos, content you filmed, etc.) for us to use within your edited videos, but these must encompass, on average, less than 10% of your finished videos. Certain exceptions apply for demo or screen recording-type videos. If you need editing for video content you filmed or captured yourself, our Edit-Only plan can be combined with our All-In Plan.
- Motion Graphics - Motion graphics include text animation, logo animations, title screens, caption text animations, and other 2D motion graphics to enhance your videos. Motion graphics do not include 3D animation, visual effects, or other high-fidelity animation techniques. Motion graphics are used to enhance the footage we film for you, and in most cases, motion graphics can not make up the majority of a video. Heavy use of motion graphics may slow down turnaround times, but we strive to deliver your videos as quickly as possible. Capture reserves the right to limit the complexity of motion graphics.
- Filming Crew of 4 - For each Filming Session, your filming crew of four is customized for your specific needs. On average, our crew consists of one director, two videographers, and an assistant, although this may vary depending on the type of content being filmed. We can source hair and makeup artists, prop masters, or other specialty film professionals when needed.
- Video Strategy and Ideation - Video Strategy and Ideation include ongoing consulting and recommendations for video ideas and their implementation. We will present you with video ideas and even create outlines and scripts for videos. Your marketing team has the final say on the videos we create, how you use your Filming Sessions and how each video is used.
- Stock Footage + Music - Stock footage includes access to our libraries, such as Artlist, Storyblocks, Envato, and others. You may also send us stock footage you have purchased for use in your videos. Final videos containing stock footage or stock music cannot be repurposed by you, as the stock licensing is limited to the edited video we provide. If you need further repurposing, let us handle it—it's included! Your videos may not contain, on average, more than 10 percent stock footage.
- All-In Turnaround Times - On average, we deliver the first batch of content within three to four weeks after each Filming Session. If you need videos sooner, just let us know. We plan video delivery based on your marketing schedule.
- Photos - All-In plans also include photography if needed. Just let us know, and we'll devote part of your filming session to capturing photos.
- File Delivery - All edited videos are delivered electronically via our online file-sharing system. You'll receive an .mp4 file for your team to use. Photos are delivered in your requested file type.
- Travel - We are based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Any travel requiring flights or hotels outside of Michigan will be billed at cost + 25%. An estimate will be provided for you to approve before any travel.
- Add-Ons - We offer optional add-ons like extra filming sessions, professional voiceover and talent, and rented locations. Learn more on our plans page or book a call.
- Commitment - All-In Essentials and All-In Pro are one-year agreements and cannot be canceled after work has started. If you'd like to try our service before committing to a full year, the All-In Starter is a one-time flat-rate filming session. It includes everything the All-In Plan offers for two months after your Filming Session is completed. Upon commitment to an annual plan, we'll credit the difference in price per filming session.
- Invoices + Payment - Billed monthly. NET 15. Add-ons (approved by you) are billed the month they occur.
Edit-Only Plans
Edit-Only plans are based on turnaround times. Turnaround times are based on the average time it takes us to deliver one long-form video or five short-form videos (approximately five minutes of edited video content) with average editing complexity.
- Unlimited Videos + Editing - Unlimited Videos + Editing is limited to content you provide to us via our online file-sharing system plus any stock footage from our libraries.
- Turnaround Times - Turnaround times start once all files have been uploaded to our file sharing system and a video edit request has been submitted and reviewed. Only includes business days Monday to Friday and excludes US federal holidays. Turnaround times are not a guarantee, but 99% of requests are completed in the timeframes noted below. Simple requests may be completed sooner.
- Edit Requests - Each edit request must have direction on how you'd like your video edited. You'll provide this through our online portal. Your video producer will review and clarify your request if needed. We allow you to submit multiple requests or videos at the same time but each request (one long-form video, five short-form videos, or about five minutes of edited video content) will be treated separately in terms of turnaround time. Requests will be worked on one at a time until approved by you.
- Revisions - Revisions are unlimited. Most minor revisions can be completed within 24 hours. Major revisions are treated the same as new edit requests.
- Motion Graphics - Motion graphics include text animation, logo animations, title screens, caption text animations, and other 2D motion graphics to enhance your videos. Motion graphics do not include 3D animation, visual effects, or other high-fidelity animation techniques. Motion graphics are used to enhance the footage you send to us, and in most cases, motion graphics can not make up the majority of a video. Heavy use of motion graphics may slow down turnaround times, but we strive to deliver your videos as quickly as possible. Capture reserves the right to limit the complexity of motion graphics.
Your videos may not contain, on average, more than 10% stock footage.
- File Delivery - All edited videos are delivered electronically via our online file-sharing system. You'll receive an .mp4 file for your team to use.
- Add-Ons - We offer optional add-ons like voiceover recordings if you provide a script. Learn more on our pricing page or book a call.
- Commitment - Edit-Only agreements are for three months at a time. Agreements will auto-renew every three months unless canceled.
- Invoices + Payment - Billed monthly and charged automatically. Add-ons (approved by you) are billed the month they occur.
