This page explains what's included in our Edit-Only, Film-Only, and All-In plans.

This page is not a contract. Both parties will sign a formal agreement before any work begins.

Edit-Only Plans

Edit-Only plans provide monthly video editing services, with turnaround times based on the complexity of each Edit Request.

• Edit Requests – Submit your footage and editing direction through our online portal. Your video producer will review each Edit Request and ask questions if needed. You can submit multiple requests at once, but we work on one Edit Request at a time. While you review a completed Edit Request, we'll automatically start on the next Edit request in your queue. If you have revisions that require extra time, due dates for future Edit Requests will be adjusted accordingly.
• Turnaround Times – Turnaround times begin once all files are uploaded and your Edit Request has been submitted and reviewed. Each Edit Request is assigned a turnaround time based on its complexity. Most edits are completed within the listed timeframes below, but turnaround times are not guaranteed. Turnaround times are based on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Capture determines the turnaround time of all Edit Requests based on the complexity of your request.

• Commitment – Website pricing is based on a month-to-month plan. Longer-term plans are available at a lower monthly rate.‍
• Invoices + Payment – Billed monthly, with payment due at the start of each month. Credit card payments have a 3% processing fee. Bank transfers have no fees.

Film-Only Plans

Film-Only plans provide on-demand, professional video production and photography services.

• Full-Day Filming Session – Each session includes 8 hours of filming, not including a lunch break or intial setup time. We'll capture any video or photo content your team needs.
• 2-Person Crew + Equipment – Each session includes a 2-person crew and professional cameras, lighting, audio, and supporting equipment. Our equipment package is customized for your shoot and includes access to over $50,000 worth of production gear. Additional crew members are available as an Add-on.
• Video Concepts + Planning – Your team provides the initial ideas or creative direction. We'll help refine those ideas, plan the shots, and prepare for filming. Creating video concepts, treatments and scripting from scratch is not included but is available as an Add-on.
• Photography – Photography is included if needed. Just let us know ahead of time, and we'll dedicate part of your filming session to photos.
• Travel – We're based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Travel outside Grand Rapids is billed at cost plus 35% for the entire crew. We'll provide an estimate for your approval before booking any travel.
• File Delivery – We'll deliver all video and photo files in your requested format, including LOG or Rec. 709, via cloud download. By default, we film in LOG and provide a conversion LUT if you're editing the footage yourself. All files are delivered as-is, without editing or color correction, unless you have an Edit-Only plan, which we'll then delver files as ready-to-post videos.
• Commitment – Film-Only sessions are booked as needed, with no ongoing commitment.
• Invoices + Payment – 100% is billed when the agreement is signed, with payment due before filming. Credit card payments have a 3% processing fee. Bank transfers have no fees.

All-In Plans

All-In plans combine a Film-Only session with an extra crew member and two months of Edit-Only services.

• Filming + Extra Crew Member – Includes everything in our Film-Only plan, but with a 3-person crew instead of 2.
• Two Months of Editing – Includes two months of Edit-Only services. We'll edit footage from your filming session or content you've captured yourself. You can submit multiple Edit Requests, which we'll complete one at a time. Each request receives a turnaround time based on its complexity. Your two months of Edit-Only will start 3 business days after the last Filming Session is completed.
• Commitment – Available as needed or as part of a custom annual plan.
• Invoices + Payment – 50% is billed when the agreement is signed and is due before filming. The remaining 50% is billed after the filming session, with payment due within 30 days. Credit card payments have a 3% processing fee. Bank transfers have no fees.

Add-Ons

These optional services are available on request. For items billed at cost plus 35%, we'll provide an estimate for your approval.

• Travel – Billed at cost plus 35% for the entire crew. Includes hotels, flights or mileage, rental cars, and meals.
• Rented Locations + Props – Billed at cost plus 35%.
• Professional Voiceover – $750.
• YouTube Thumbnails – $400/month. Includes 2 thumbnail designs, plus text variations, for each long-form video completed through your Edit-Only plan.
• Video Concepts + Campaigns + Treatments – Pricing depends on your needs. Typically includes art direction, messaging, and an overall theme, with multiple options to choose from. Contact us for an estimate.
