A brand video is also called an "about us" video. Brand videos are essentially your pitch or your value proposition. The video should clearly show the the problem you solve for your customer and also tell the story of your business.
Ask yourself this question. What makes your company different? The answer to that question can essentially be the script for the video. These videos are often shot interview style using executives or employees of the company. But can also be created with a voiceover like the Steelcase example above.
2. Service or Product Overview Videos
Service and product overview videos are high-level overview videos of your products and services. The goal of these videos should be to provide just enough information so that someone is able to make a buying decision.

3. Behind The Scenes Video
Behind the scenes videos are quickly becoming our favorite type of video for businesses. This is because it provides the most authentic look at your business.
Imagine a customer comes over to visit your facility or jobsite. Walk around talking to a camera as you would to that customer. These videos don't have to be very formal. As long as the audio quality is good your video should be effective.
4. Customer Testimonial Videos

9. Case Study Videos
Case study videos show the before and after of your products and services. These can be high end productions and base off of a customer testimonial or can be a simple slide shows that show before and after pictures.
