What’s the difference between All-In and Edit-Only?
All-In is designed for marketing teams that need a complete solution. We handle filming, editing, and overall video strategy and ideation. All-In plans are based on filming sessions. You get unlimited editing and videos for any content we film for you. That also includes repurposing down the road.
Edit-Only is perfect for marketing teams that already have footage filmed or captured. You upload your video content to our client portal, fill out a short form, and we take care of the rest. Unlimited revisions and requests. Edit-Only plans are based on turnaround times.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. All-In offers unlimited editing for any content we film, and Edit-Only provides unlimited editing for any content you send to us.
How long is a Filming Session?
A standard filming session is five hours, but you can combine two sessions for a ten-hour shoot. We customize the crew based on your project’s needs. For example, we might bring in an extra videographer for more B-roll or add hair and makeup to ensure your on-camera talent shines (or doesn’t shine under the lights).
Do you include photos?
Yes! Photos are included in all All-In plans. If you need photography during your filming sessions, just let us know, and we’ll devote part of your filming day to capturing photos.
Why don’t you offer per-project pricing?
We used to offer per-project pricing, and while it worked for very small or very large projects, it was limiting for most in-house marketing teams. For example:
- Videos repurposed later would result in an extra cost to you.
- The quoting process takes a long time, and there are a lot of built-in admin costs.
- Video projects often change, even day of, leading to scope creep (for example, if we filmed an extra video the day of filming, which we often do).
So, we scrapped per-project pricing entirely and moved to a flat-rate, unlimited model. This approach has been a much better fit for in-house marketing teams.
Do you work with creators or influencers?
No, we work exclusively with internal marketing teams. We also don’t work with other creative agencies or influencers. Our focus is on B2C and B2B marketing teams that want to scale their video content.

Are there any additional costs?
For most businesses, you’ll pay what you see on our pricing page. However, we offer optional add-ons, such as:
- Professional voiceovers
- Professional talent
- Rented locations or props

What does video strategy and ideation include?
This service is included in our All-In plan. We start with several strategy sessions to understand your business and customers. We’ll identify the problems your audience faces and determine the language and messaging that resonate with them.
From there, we provide a list of video ideas and work with your marketing team to prioritize them. We also plan filming sessions for the year to maximize efficiency. Strategy and ideation are ongoing, with routine reviews and adjustments based on the content we’ve captured.
What Does the Onboarding Process Look Like?
For All-In plans, onboarding starts with two discovery sessions to learn about your business and ensure we’re a good fit. Once we start, we dive into strategy sessions to map out your customers, industry, and the types of videos we’ll create.
For Edit-Only plans, the process is much quicker. We’ll set you up with the client portal, and you can get started within a week.
